6-week holistic well-being routine
As a busy go-getter it can be challenging to stay balanced in all of the major areas of your life. Maybe you’re exercising and practicing yoga regularly, but your relationships are a bit rocky.
Or maybe your relationships are doing great, but you feel mentally taxed and not getting enough restorative rest. We’ll work together to develop well-being routines and rituals so you can feel mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally balanced.
As a certified holistic life coach, my approach is to not just find tips and tricks to help you with goals, but to develop and maintain an overall sense of well-being – head, heart, body and spirit.
I’m also studying Somatic Experiencing, and will help you learn how trauma is stored in your body, tune into your physical experience and work to overcome resistance at the nervous system level.
For over five years I’ve also been going through my own process of healing and growth, cultivating healthy exercise and nutrition regimens, friendships and relationships, meditation and mindfulness, and daily practices to start and end my days strong.
I’m looking forward to helping you create systems and routines that work for you. Through 6 weekly video sessions I will work with you to you develop regular rituals and routines that meaningful to you that help you balance the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of your life.
