Let’s honor what is truly important in your life by dedicating the your whole attention for some time every day. My name is Brigitte. I am a mom, an online creator who puts outs new content daily, and a coach. Previously,
I was a research manager in academia for 15 years. My interest in productivity comes from my lifelong battle with procrastination. I completed a PhD in the social sciences in 4 years, but it was a bloody battle every day.
Since becoming busier than ever as a mother, I have learned better habits and practices that allow me to have a clear vision of what really needs to be done, and actually do it. I believe YOU can do it as well. With love and compassion, I will embrace you and your struggle to get things done amid this complex, demanding environment.
I will be the voice that reminds you that you have to do what YOU want to do, too. I know that the world will be a better place when you show up consistently and make progress on your goals.
